Service Description

Take some time for yourself. Get moving and breathing. In this hour-long outdoor class we will practice simple yet effective exercises for strength and flexibility. Each week will target a specific area (back, shoulders, hips, core) and finish with relaxation. You'll walk away with: - increased hip & shoulder flexibility - stronger connection to your core - stress relief - improved balance Get fresh air and a renewed perspective for the rest of your day and week. And be part of your neighborhood community during this midday reset. Class will be held 4 consecutive weeks. In the event of rain, there will be a make-up class(es) after the series ends on a Thursday at the same time. Bring your own mat or a towel to practice on, unless you prefer to practice directly on the grass. I will provide RESISTANCE BANDS & THERAPY BALLS, if you'd like to use them. If you prefer to bring your own props of any kind, that's cool. Using props is NOT required!! NOTES: - Please position mats with 6 feet of distancing - Masks are not required during class as long as social distancing is respected - Masks are recommended before and after class while socializing - I will provide hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes (wipes to be used for wiping down any borrowed props) Questions?
