Finish with a deep shoulder stretch and guided relaxation. Helpful props: - looped resistance band - 2 tennis balls or similar for gripping - 1 yoga block or pillow - 1 blanket or plastic sliders

Learn how to control the movement of your hips building awareness and overall strength. Finish with an active hip stretch and relaxation.
